Jennifer McClure made photographs for years before learning how to tap into her own life for inspiration. Many photographers focus on the technique of photography before they ask the more important question of why they need to photograph. How do we make pictures that resonate rather than simply describe? How can we make pictures that are uniquely our own? The process of translating complex feelings and life experiences into concrete photographs can be daunting. Jennifer will explain her creative practice and how she uses photography to ask and answer questions in her own life.
